The Adaptiv Discovery name, logo, wordmark, tagline, visual identity, product designs, copy, illustrations, and all related brand assets (collectively, the "Adaptiv Discovery Brand Assets") are the exclusive property of Adaptiv Discovery and its founders. All rights are reserved.
"Adaptiv Discovery"™, the Adaptiv Discovery logo, and the tagline "Discover products for the human journey" are trademarks of Adaptiv Discovery. Use of the Adaptiv Discovery name, logo, tagline, or associated brand assets, including in domain names, social handles, app names, merchandise, or marketing materials, requires prior written permission. These marks are used under common-law trademark rights and are not federally registered. Adaptiv Discovery does not claim exclusive rights to the standalone word "Adaptiv."
